SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be sent as ordinary parcels via Australia Post. Orders can be sent via Registered mail or Express Post at your request and will incur extra charges. You can contact Angela for a quote on postage charges. Postage and packaging costs will be determined by the size and weight of the parcel.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
International parcels will be charged at Australia Post International parcel rates. Contact us for an international postage quote.
RETURN POLICY
At Sew Bright Alpine Quilting, we are committed customer satisfaction.
All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure items are correct and in good order. Please make your selections carefully as Sew Bright Alpine Quilting will not accept items for return unless they are faulty or unless required to do so by Australian legislation.
Please check you order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect.
Books, magazines and patterns will not be accepted for return due to copyright issues.

Payment for online, telephone and mail orders
Sew Bright Alpine Quilting (ABN: 44 090 823 206) process all online purchases with payments via Paypal.
Sew Bright Alpine Quilting does not accept personal cheques for online purchases or mail orders.
You can place an order in this online store and choose to pay offline by selecting the Phone order payment option.
If you wish to pay via the Phone order payment method or a direct deposit payment method, please telephone Angela on 03 5755 5118 to provide your credit card details and/or ask for our bank account details.
