Terms and Conditions of Order

Product codes & Minimum fabric cut

• Each product and/or fabric has a unique product code, which must be quoted on the order form.
• Minimum cut for fabric across the bolt is 25cm. i.e. on the order form write 0.25 or 25cms in the quantity field. Fabric can be purchased in 5cm increments above the minimum amount.
• Fat Quarters are permitted and must be indicated by writing fat ¼ in the quantity field of the order form. All fat ¼’s are cut as 50cm in length and half the width of the fabric. Fat Quarters are the same price as 25cm of fabric.
• All product prices are subject to change without notice.

How do I order from Sew Bright Alpine Quilting?

• Simply open the order form and fill out the required sections of the form either by typing directly onto the form or print it out first and complete by hand.
• To email completed form; print the form, then scan, then attach to an email and send to Angela at  lovequilting @ sewbright.com.au
• Or, print out the order form and fax to 03 5755 5118
• Or, you can telephone 03 5755 5118 and Angela will take your order.

Payment
Sew Bright Alpine Quilting accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Money orders in Australian Dollars are also accepted. Money orders must be made payable to - Parvenu Sab Pty Ltd.  
Sew Bright Alpine Quilting does not accept personal cheques for online purchases.
If you wish to pay via a direct deposit payment, please telephone Angela on 03 5755 5118 and ask for our bank account details.
Delivery
All orders will be sent as ordinary parcels via Australia Post. Sew Bright Alpine Quilting only charges you for the actual postage and packaging costs. Orders can be sent via Registered mail or Express Post your request. You can contact Angela for a quote on postage charges. Postage and packaging costs will be determined by the size and weight of the parcel. Current prices as at 1st October 2008 for postage within Australia are small parcels up to 500g cost $5.50 and large parcels over 500g to 3kg cost $9.60. Prices are subject to change without notice. International parcels will be charged at Australia Post International parcel rates.
Stock Availability
Please note that Sew Bright Alpine Quilting stocks limited quantities of those items listed on the website. This may result in substitute fabrics for the featured quilts and kits. All substitutions will be listed next to the relevant items.  Sew Bright Alpine Quilting prides itself on maintaining a sense of exclusivity on its stock items, rather than mass production.
Returns / Refunds
At Sew Bright Alpine Quilting, we are committed customer satisfaction. All orders are inspected before sending to ensure items are correct and in good order. Please make your selections carefully as Sew Bright Alpine Quilting will not accept items for return unless they are faulty or unless required to do so by legislation. Please check you order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect. Books, magazines and patterns will not be accepted for return due to copyright issues.
